Limits and retention #

There are a few restrictions why you may want this:

1. We support queries going back up to 336 hours (14 days) in the past
2. Our log retention is 336 hours (14 days)

We found that the vast majority of our customers does not logs from further back, but you are welcome to get in touch and we can try to work something out going forward.
